Upon the proposal of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Council of Ministers adopted a Decision on the formation of the Advisory Council for the implementation of the Enlarged Partial Agreement of the Council of Europe on the establishment of cultural routes for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Advisory Council includes representatives from the relevant cultural institutions at the state level, entities, Brčko District of BiH, and 10 cantons. The task of the Advisory Council is to implement the Enlarged Partial Agreement and to consider initiatives for joining existing cultural routes and potentially nominating new routes.

On the proposal of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Council of Ministers adopted the Report on the work of the Multisectoral Working Group for monitoring the implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on the counterfeiting of medical products and similar crimes that pose a threat to public health (MEDICRIME) for 2023.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, through the previously appointed multisectoral working group and the national contact point in the Committee of Representatives of the Member States of the Council of Europe, continuously conducts activities in accordance with the tasks from the Operational Plan. This includes the exchange of information and cooperation with the relevant authorities both in BiH and globally in this area, to effectively prevent and combat the counterfeiting of medical products, medicines, and similar crimes that pose a threat to public health.

The relevant authorities in BiH are part of numerous global operational actions and international investigations conducted in this area, including the continuous operation to combat the illegal sale of counterfeit medicines and medical devices via the internet, codenamed "PANGEA."
