The Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dubravka Bošnjak, visited the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers, and Data Exchange (IDDEEA) in Banja Luka, where she discussed with the Agency's leadership about the current activities, operations, and the future plans and challenges that IDDEEA faces.

The Director of IDDEEA, Almir Badnjević, informed the Minister about the ongoing projects and achievements of the agency. Special emphasis was placed on the digitalization of services, which allows for faster and more efficient issuance of identification documents, as well as better data security. "Digitalization is a key step towards modernizing our services. Introducing new technologies not only facilitates the work of our officers but also reduces waiting times for citizens," said Badnjević.

Minister Bošnjak highlighted the importance of this agency in the daily lives of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina when it comes to the issuance of identification documents and the management of records. "The work of the Agency directly impacts the security and efficiency of services used by both citizens and legal entities, and data protection and efficiency must be at the highest level," emphasized Minister Bošnjak.
