Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Adil Osmanović talked today in Sarajevo with Ambassador of the France Republic in Bosnia and Herzegovina Guillaume Rousson about cooperation between two countries within the competences of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ambassador Rousson particularly emphasized the desire to improve relations in the field of culture. He emphasized the great support that his country provides for the work of the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and he also announced that in the coming period, joint activities will be conducted by the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the famous French Louvre Museum.
Minister Osmanović thanked for the help of French to National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially regarding the restoration of the Museum in the part where the Haggadah is being kept, and said that the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina within its competences strongly supports the stabilization of the situation in the Museum. "The Ministry supports the work of the National Museum through grants ”. We wish to resolve the status of this institution in a way that it deserves by its significance, "said Minister Adil Osmanović.
Minister Osmanović and Ambassador Rousson welcomed the establishment of the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO). Minister Osmanović emphasized the great role of the France in the establishment of this organization that should contribute to better understanding of youth in Balkans, and he emphasized that Bosnia and Herzegovina wants to contribute to the work of RYCO in full capacity.
