What is required to issue a permit to organize an international competition in Bosnia and Herzegovina?

It is necessary to submit a request to the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, certified and signed by an authorized person. The request must be accompanied by the consent of the competent entity body (the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina or the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports of the Republika Srpska).

Is the Ministry of Civil Affairs competent to issue visas to athletes who come to competitions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and who require a visa to enter and stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina?

The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina is not competent to issue visas, but it submits requests it receives from sports entities to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina with a request to initiate the procedure for issuing visas within the jurisdiction of that ministry.

What documentation is required to submit a Request for inclusion in the Register of Sports Organizations at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina?

It is necessary to attach the following documentation:

a) request for inclusion in the Register of Sports Organizations at the BiH level (the form is available on the website of the MCP BiH and it is necessary to fill in all the relevant information requested electronically, certify with a stamp and sign by an authorized person);

b) decision on registration in the register of the Ministry of Justice of BiH;

c) statute;

d) minutes from the founding assembly;

e) decisions of entity sports federations on voluntary association into a sports federation at the BiH level, in accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Sports in BiH.

f) if the sports association is registered based on the consent of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, submit a copy of the consent of the MCA of BiH;

g) the specified documentation submitted with the request should be in original and certified copies.

What documentation is required with the Application for exemption from payment of import duties?

It is necessary to attach the following documentation:

a) request for the issuance of a certificate confirming that there is a legal basis for the exemption of goods from payment of import duties (the form is available on the website of the MCP BiH and it is necessary to fill out all the relevant information requested electronically, certify with a stamp and sign by an authorized person);

b) a copy of the Decision on registration of the subject (club or sports association);

c) a statement on the memorandum with a signature and seal that the imported goods are not produced in BiH and will not be used for commercial purposes;

d) invoice for goods to be imported issued by the seller;

e) the specification of the goods made in tabular form, with the names and quantities of the goods to be imported (in one of the languages ​​in official use in BiH).

Which forms must be filled in when submitting the Report on the expenditure of grant funds? Can the report be delivered by e-mail?

It is necessary to fill out Forms D (Form for the report on the expenditure of funds) and E (Form for the narrative report) in accordance with the Decision on the criteria for awarding grant funds "Co-financing of sports events". It is not necessary to certify invoices, copies of invoices are sufficient.
