The COST program finances conferences, workshops, trainings, short-term scientific exchanges and activities to present the results of the program in various fields. The program provides a unique opportunity to develop ideas and new initiatives in science and technology.

The COST program does not include research funding, but provides support for the formation of research networks through COST Actions.
