The Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dubravka Bošnjak, met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georg Diwald, to discuss key issues of cooperation between the two countries. Special attention was given to culture, education, healthcare, as well as employment and labour migration.
Minister Bošnjak emphasized the importance of the agreement signed in 2016 between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Austria in the areas of culture, education, science, youth, and sports, which laid the foundation for expanded cooperation between higher education institutions and further enhancement of the Bologna Process.
Ambassador Diwald expressed support for the activities of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, particularly in the context of meeting the conditions for European Union membership, as well as in strengthening cooperation between the two countries through future initiatives.

Both sides agreed on the need to continue dialogue and develop concrete projects that will contribute to strengthening bilateral relations. They discussed possible areas of cooperation, expert exchanges, and support for the development of institutional capacities.
The importance of supporting youth through mobility and cooperation programs was also highlighted, which will contribute to better understanding and connection between the two peoples.
This meeting represents another step towards further strengthening the friendly relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Austria, with a focus on shared interests and goals.
