Minister Bošnjak hosted the Executive Director of Special Olympics BiH and Vice President of the Athletics Federation of BiH

The Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dubravka Bošnjak, hosted athlete and Executive Director of Special Olympics BiH, Kadi Delić-Selimović, and Vice President of the Athletics Federation of BiH, Đurđica Šišul.

They briefed Minister Bošnjak on the upcoming Special Olympics World Winter Games, which will take place in Turin, Italy, from 8 to 15 March, and the athletes who will represent our country at this event, which stands as the pinnacle of inclusivity and determination.

During the discussion, it was emphasized that the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH has had successful cooperation with Special Olympics BiH for several years, contributing to the development of sports activities and the integration of people with intellectual disabilities into society. The Ministry will continue to strive to be more involved in all programmes implemented by Special Olympics throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.
