The Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dubravka Bošnjak, has made a decision to allocate BAM 10,000 in support of the work of Stadler’s Children’s Home “Egypt,” an institution in Sarajevo that has been caring for children without parental care for more than a century.
This home provides comprehensive care for children without families through organized accommodation, educational and professional support, with the aim of creating a stable and safe environment for their upbringing. On behalf of Stadler’s Children’s Home “Egypt,” the agreement was signed by Sister Ana Marija Kesten.
The Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH is committed to the continuous strengthening of the child protection system, improving access to health and social care, and ensuring quality and inclusive education, especially for vulnerable groups. Within its competencies, the Ministry continues to work on strengthening systemic solutions and policies that contribute to the protection and well-being of children. Every child in Bosnia and Herzegovina has the right to a childhood filled with safety, love, support, and opportunities for development.
