Public Call and Public Competition for Funding in the Areas of Sport and Culture Published

The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina today published the Public Call for the Allocation of Funds under the Current Grant “Co-financing of Sports Events” for 2026 and the Public Competition for the Allocation of Funds under the Current Grant “International Cultural Cooperation” for 2026.

A total of BAM 1,342,000 has been allocated for the current grant “Co-financing of Sports Events” in 2026. Of this amount, BAM 800,000 is intended for Olympic and Paralympic sports, the Special Olympics and sports associations, while BAM 542,000 is intended for sports clubs organizing or participating in international sports events.

A total of BAM 390,000 has been allocated for the current grant “International Cultural Cooperation”. The funds are intended to co-finance projects that contribute to the promotion and affirmation of the cultural creativity of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the international level. Particular support is provided for international cultural events in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the presentation of the culture of Bosnia and Herzegovina abroad, international cooperation projects, as well as projects approved under the Creative Europe programme.

The Public Call and Public Competition are open for 15 days from the date of the latest publication in daily newspapers. The full texts of the calls, eligibility criteria and application forms are available on the website of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
